As an experienced people management professional, my knowledge span the business value chains of a broad scope of private and public organizations. My early career as an IT Project Leader focusing on business analysis, systems development, business automation and business re-engineering pathed the way for the rest of my career. These skills formed the basis of specialization in the fields of compensation and benefits management, organizational restructuring, business re-engineering, skills/competency audits, leadership development and assessment, and organizational culture and value studies.

As a leadership mentor/coach/specialist on leading in multicultural environments, I also co-authored the book Leadership in the African context and invited to teach at MBA and EMBA programmes at universities in France, Great Britain and Australia about the topic.
